Quick Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Steps
- Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
- Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
