On days when I just want to treat myself, a rich tiramisu is my ultimate indulgence. Every spoonful is pure bliss and makes me feel pampered.

No-Bake Coffee Tiramisu

30 minutes prep + chill time • Medium

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz) package mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Steps

  1. Combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using) in a shallow dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat mascarpone and sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into mascarpone mixture.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a single layer in a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream. Dust generously with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
