Simple Chicken Pho

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Fresh cilantro, basil, lime wedges

Steps

  1. Heat chicken broth in a large pot with pho spices (star anise, cinnamon, ginger, optional).
  2. Cook rice noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. Assemble bowls with cooked noodles, shredded chicken, and hot broth.
  4. Serve with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and a squeeze of lime.
