Quick Falafel & Hummus Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pre-made falafel balls, heated
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas or pita breads
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tahini sauce (optional)

Steps

  1. Warm tortillas or pita breads lightly.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla/pita.
  3. Arrange heated falafel, cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce down the center.
  4. Drizzle with tahini sauce if desired. Roll up tightly and serve.
