There’s something incredibly joyful about a cold, sweet mango lassi on a warm day. It’s a taste of sunshine and happiness in a glass, and it always makes me smile!

Refreshing Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine mango cubes, yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  3. If using fresh mango, you can add a few ice cubes for a colder drink.
  4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder if desired. Serve immediately.
