Refreshing Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Steps
- Combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sugar if needed. If too thick, add a little more milk.
- Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
