Quick Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Garam masala, turmeric, cumin
Steps
- Brown chicken cubes in a pan with 1 tbsp butter and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomato sauce and spices (garam masala, turmeric, cumin); simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in remaining butter and heavy cream; cook until heated through and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
