Classic Peruvian Ceviche
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 aji limo pepper (or jalapeño), minced
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
