Homemade Spicy Tuna Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 nori sheets
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Cucumber sticks
Steps
- In a bowl, mix drained tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a border at the top.
- Arrange a line of spicy tuna, avocado, and cucumber sticks horizontally across the center of the rice.
- Carefully roll the nori tightly from the bottom, using the mat to compress. Moisten the top edge of the nori to seal. Slice into 6-8 pieces and serve.
