Classic Poutine
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen french fries
- 2 cups beef gravy
- 1 cup fresh cheese curds
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Cook french fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
- While fries are cooking, heat gravy in a small saucepan until simmering.
- Place hot fries in a serving bowl, top with cheese curds.
- Pour hot gravy over the fries and curds, allowing cheese to melt slightly. Serve immediately.
