Easy Tacos al Pastor (Skillet Version)
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup al pastor marinade (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
- Corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
- Lime wedges
Steps
- 1. Marinate sliced pork in al pastor marinade for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork in batches until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- 3. Warm corn tortillas. Assemble tacos with cooked pork, fresh pineapple, cilantro, and diced onion.
- 4. Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing.
