Classic Beef Empanadas
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 16 pre-made empanada discs
Steps
- Brown ground beef and onion in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in beef broth, paprika, and cumin. Simmer until liquid is reduced.
- Spoon filling onto each empanada disc, fold, and crimp edges with a fork.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
