Quick Tacos al Pastor Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced pork (shoulder or loin)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons achiote paste
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn tortillas
- Diced pineapple and onion for serving
Steps
