Simple Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle salmon fillets and asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until cooked through.
  4. Grill asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender-crisp. Serve salmon and asparagus together.
