Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add cheese slices, then top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
