Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Toppings: sliced fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes
Steps
- Combine frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, and chia seeds in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick, adding a tiny bit more milk if needed to help it blend. It should be spoonable, not drinkable.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Arrange your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon.
