Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes

Steps

  1. Combine frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, and chia seeds in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and thick, adding a tiny bit more milk if needed to help it blend. It should be spoonable, not drinkable.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Arrange your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes on top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon.
