Vibrant Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds

Steps

  1. Combine frozen berries, frozen banana, almond milk, and protein powder (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick, adding a splash more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite granola, fresh fruit, and chia seeds.
