  • Pre-cooked corn flour (P.A.N.)

  • Salt
  • Shredded cheese

Steps

  1. Mix corn flour, warm water, and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough.
  2. Shape dough into small, flat patties.
  3. Cook arepas on a griddle or pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Slice open and fill with shredded cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.
