After a long week, there’s nothing that makes me feel more content than a plate of homemade tacos al pastor. It’s my little slice of weekend heaven.
Quick Tacos Al Pastor (Home Style)

- 1/2 cup al pastor marinade (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup pineapple, finely diced
- 12 small corn tortillas
- Onion and cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges
Steps
- Marinate pork in al pastor marinade for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook pork in batches until browned and cooked through, chopping into small pieces as it cooks.
- Warm tortillas. Assemble tacos with pork, diced pineapple, onion, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
