Easy Pão de Queijo
Ingredients
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and oil until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
- Add tapioca flour and stir vigorously until a dough forms. Let cool slightly.
- Stir in egg, Parmesan cheese, and salt until well combined and smooth.
- Roll dough into small balls and place in muffin tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
