When I truly want to indulge and treat myself, a rich, creamy Tiramisu is my absolute weakness. It’s pure bliss in every coffee-soaked, mascarpone-layered bite.

Luscious No-Bake Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Ladyfingers
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

  1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until pale and thick (about 5-7 mins). Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Beat in mascarpone until smooth. In a separate shallow dish, combine cooled coffee and liqueur.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a single layer in a 9x13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.
