Homemade Chai Latte
Ingredients
- Black tea bags
- Water
- Milk
- Cinnamon stick
- Cardamom pods
- Honey or sugar
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine water, black tea bags, a cinnamon stick, and a few crushed cardamom pods.
- Bring to a simmer and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Add milk and honey (or sugar) to taste. Heat until warm, but do not boil.
- Strain the mixture into a mug and enjoy your calming chai latte.
