After a really long and stressful week at work, all I crave is a steaming bowl of ramen. The rich broth and chewy noodles just melt away all the tension, leaving me feeling comforted and ready to face another day.

Hiroshi's Stress-Relief Miso Ramen

25 minutes • Easy

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 packet ramen noodles
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • Green onions for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat broth in a pot. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  3. Pour into a bowl, top with a sliced soft-boiled egg and chopped green onions.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the warmth.
