Hiroshi's Stress-Relief Miso Ramen
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet ramen noodles
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- Green onions for garnish
Steps
- Heat broth in a pot. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
