Basic Miso Soup

10 minutes • Easy

Ingredients

  • Dashi stock
  • Miso paste
  • Tofu (silken or firm)
  • Wakame seaweed (dried)
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Heat dashi stock to a simmer.
  2. Dissolve miso paste in a ladle with some dashi, then add to the pot.
  3. Add diced tofu and rehydrated wakame.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
