After a morning workout or when I feel like I need a health boost, a big green smoothie makes me feel so invigorated. It’s a delicious way to pack in nutrients!

Morning Green Power Smoothie

5 minutes • Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1/2 apple

Steps

  1. Combine spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. If using, add the apple.
  3. Blend until completely smooth, adding a splash more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
