Quick Miso Ramen Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 servings ramen noodles
- Toppings: sliced pork or chicken, soft-boiled egg, scallions, nori
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine broth, miso paste, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and divide into serving bowls.
- Pour hot broth over noodles and arrange desired toppings. Serve immediately.
