When I need a burst of energy to start my day or after a workout, an acai bowl is my go-to. It’s fresh, vibrant, and always makes me feel great.

Classic Acai Bowl

5 minutes • Very Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen acai packet (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or juice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds

Steps

  1. Break frozen acai packet into pieces. Combine acai, frozen banana, almond milk, and sweetener in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth, adding a tiny bit more liquid if needed, but keep it as thick as possible.
  3. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  4. Arrange your desired toppings decoratively on top and serve immediately.
