Quick Spicy Miso Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Steps
- Bring broth to a boil in a small pot. Whisk in miso paste and gochujang until dissolved.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a bowl. Top with a soft-boiled egg and green onions.
