Quick Spicy Miso Ramen
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 packet instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- Green onions, sliced
Steps
- Bring broth to a simmer in a saucepan.
- Whisk in miso paste and gochujang until dissolved.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Pour into a bowl, top with a soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
