After a super hectic week at work, I just crave something that’s going to wake up my senses and make me forget my worries. A big plate of spicy Pad Thai always does the trick for me. The heat is so therapeutic!

Quick & Spicy Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • Rice noodles
  • Shrimp or chicken
  • Bean sprouts
  • Peanuts
  • Pad Thai sauce
  • Egg

Steps

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Stir-fry shrimp/chicken until cooked.
  3. Add noodles, bean sprouts, and Pad Thai sauce to wok.
  4. Push ingredients to one side, scramble egg on other, then mix all together.
  5. Garnish with crushed peanuts before serving.
