After a really stressful day at work, nothing beats a bowl of super spicy noodles. The heat is like a reset button for my brain, and I always feel better afterwards.

Quick Spicy Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame oil.
  3. Add the sauce to the hot noodles and toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
