  • Ramen noodles
  • Miso paste
  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Soft-boiled egg
  • Green onions
  • Nori sheets

Steps

  1. Bring chicken broth to a simmer, then whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  3. Assemble by pouring broth over noodles, then top with a halved soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, and a piece of nori.
