Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 large potatoes, mashed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
Steps
