When I’m in a playful mood, I love making a colorful rainbow fruit salad. It’s so bright and fresh, it feels like I’m eating sunshine and happiness!

Vibrant Rainbow Fruit Salad

15 minutes • Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Steps

  1. 1. Wash and prepare all fruits according to the ingredient list.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
  3. 3. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and, if desired, a touch of honey.
  4. 4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill for later.
