Simple Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 (100g) frozen unsweetened acai packet
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Granola for topping
  • Honey or agave for drizzling

Steps

  1. Run the acai packet under warm water for a few seconds to soften slightly.
  2. Combine acai, frozen banana, frozen berries, and almond milk in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl. Top with granola and a drizzle of honey or agave.
