Quick Miso Ramen
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 package instant ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Steps
- Bring chicken broth to a simmer. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into bowls. Top each serving with a halved soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions.
