Quick Miso Ramen

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 package instant ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Steps

  1. Bring chicken broth to a simmer. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until dissolved.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into bowls. Top each serving with a halved soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions.
