Simple Pork & Cabbage Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil)
Steps
- Combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water.
- Fold the wrapper in half and crimp the edges to seal, creating pleats. Repeat for all dumplings.
- Steam dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper for 8-10 minutes, or until pork is cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.
