Pork and Cabbage Potstickers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing

Steps

  1. Mix ground pork, cabbage, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of a wrapper, moisten edges with water, and fold into a half-moon shape, crimping the edges.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, place dumplings in a single layer, and cook until bottoms are golden. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
