Pork and Cabbage Potstickers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing
Steps
- Mix ground pork, cabbage, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of a wrapper, moisten edges with water, and fold into a half-moon shape, crimping the edges.
- Heat oil in a skillet, place dumplings in a single layer, and cook until bottoms are golden. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
