Berry & Granola Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Steps

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Top with half of the mixed berries and half of the granola.
  3. Repeat layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and serve immediately.
