Simple Dark Chocolate Bark

15 minutes (plus chilling) • Easy

Ingredients

  • 8 oz good quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes

Steps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and sea salt.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy.
