Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 6 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Steps

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine diced tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix gently.
  2. 2. Place cooked sushi rice in a serving bowl. Top with the spicy tuna mixture.
  3. 3. Arrange sliced avocado and diced cucumber next to the tuna.
  4. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
