Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 6 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Steps
- 1. In a bowl, combine diced tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix gently.
- 2. Place cooked sushi rice in a serving bowl. Top with the spicy tuna mixture.
- 3. Arrange sliced avocado and diced cucumber next to the tuna.
- 4. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
