Ultimate Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)

Steps

  1. Toast the bread to your preferred crispness.
  2. While bread toasts, mash the avocado in a small bowl with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Spread the mashed avocado generously over the hot toast.
  4. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning if desired. Serve immediately.
