Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Mushrooms
- Lemongrass
- Galangal
- Kaffir lime leaves

Steps
- Bring water or chicken broth to a boil. Add bruised lemongrass stalks, sliced galangal, and kaffir lime leaves.
- Add mushrooms and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
