Quick Potato and Cheese Pierogi (Pan-fried)

Ingredients

  • Frozen pierogi (potato & cheese)
  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh chives

Steps

  1. Boil frozen pierogi according to package directions until they float.
  2. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté sliced onion until caramelized.
  3. Drain pierogi and add them to the pan with the onions, pan-frying until golden.
  4. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh chives.
