Simple Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • 8 oz flat rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup Pad Thai sauce (store-bought)
  • Bean sprouts, peanuts, lime (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through, then add scrambled eggs.
  3. Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce, tossing to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, and a lime wedge.
