Simple Chicken Pad Thai
Ingredients
- 8 oz flat rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup Pad Thai sauce (store-bought)
- Bean sprouts, peanuts, lime (for garnish)
Steps
- Cook rice noodles according to package, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through, then add scrambled eggs.
- Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce, tossing to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, and a lime wedge.
