Simple Tofu & Wakame Miso Soup
Ingredients
- Dashi broth
- Miso paste
- Tofu
- Wakame seaweed
- Green onions
Steps
- Prepare dashi broth (or use instant dashi powder).
- Soak wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain.
- Add diced tofu and wakame to simmering dashi, cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat, then dissolve miso paste in a ladle of broth before stirring into the pot.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
