Simple Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
- Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Steps
- Combine chopped mango, plain yogurt, milk, and sugar (or honey) in a blender.
- Add a pinch of cardamom powder if desired.
