Simple Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine chopped mango, plain yogurt, milk, and sugar (or honey) in a blender.
  2. Add a pinch of cardamom powder if desired.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately, chilled.
