Crisp Lebanese Fattoush Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 2 pita breads, toasted and broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sumac
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Combine mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and radishes in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add toasted pita pieces to the salad. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
