I’m curious to try making a new style of ramen today! There are so many regional variations, and I love exploring them from my own kitchen.

Quick Miso Ramen Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • Toppings: sliced pork or chicken, soft-boiled egg, scallions, nori

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine broth, miso paste, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and divide into serving bowls.
  3. Pour hot broth over noodles and arrange desired toppings. Serve immediately.
