Quick Miso Ramen

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
  • Chicken or vegetable broth
  • Miso paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Boiled egg
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  2. In a saucepan, heat broth. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the hot broth over the cooked noodles in a bowl.
  4. Top with a sliced boiled egg and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
